The church petitioned the Mt. Vernon Association for membership in October 1925 and was graciously received. The church has fellowshipped with this association ever since, as well as the Arkansas Association of Missionary Baptists and the American Baptist Association.

There have been 18 men that have officially served as pastor, with twelve serving as fill-ins during the absence of a pastor. Some of the dates may overlap as a result of errors in the books or the missing information from 1940-1946.. It is known that Eld. C.N. Edge was pastor as early as 1945. He was called back after a short hiatus in 1947. Former pastors include:
